Use the information in this section to manage your custom provider.
About this task
Managing a custom notification provider account includes:

Changing the account, active sender phone numbers, and notification request format, body, and headers. Learn more in Configuring a custom notification provider for PingOne

Deleting the custom account
Steps

Go to Settings > Senders.
You’ll see a list of Senders, including custom providers.

Do any of the following:

To change the active sender to different provider account, click the three dots option menu, and then click Make Active.

To edit Sender details, click the Sender you want to update, click the Pencil icon, edit the relevant fields, and then click Save.

To delete a sender account, click the three dots option menu, and then click Delete.
