Managing a custom provider account in PingOne

Use the information in this section to manage your custom provider.

About this task

Managing a custom notification provider account includes:

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Senders.

    You’ll see a list of Senders, including custom providers.

  2. Do any of the following:

    • To change the active sender to different provider account, click the three dots option menu, and then click Make Active.

    • To edit Sender details, click the Sender you want to update, click the Pencil icon, edit the relevant fields, and then click Save.

    • To delete a sender account, click the three dots option menu, and then click Delete.
