If you have a PingOne Protect license, you can create a risk policy using the full range of PingOne predictors - including behavioral predictors that learn typical behavior for your organization. Learn more in Adding a risk policy.
Configuring PingID policy in the legacy PingID admin portal
PingID policy is configured and managed in the PingID admin portal. You can find details in PingID authentication policy in the PingID Administration Guide.
(Limited access) Creating a PingOne risk policy with an MFA-only license

This feature is available as part of a limited access release to PingID administrators who created a new PingOne environment with PingID enabled, or migrated their PingID account to PingOne. To enroll in the limited access release, contact your Ping Identity representative. |
If you’re enrolled in the Multi-factor authentication(MFA)-only risk policy limited access release with an MFA-only license, you can create a risk policy using a limited subset of PingOne Protect predictors.
